Visiting Church
If you're visiting a church for the first time or just visiting us, that's great!
We would love to meet you and welcome you to share in our community.
Come as you are
You don't need to wear anything special or bring anything special. You will be welcomed at the door and invited to sit in the hall with everyone. Feel free to sit where you feel comfortable.

Children are very welcome to come along also. There are plenty of toys and 'pizza boxes' of materials at the back of the church to keep them occupied.
During the service
Our Sunday service includes a time for singing, listening to a sermon, prayers and communion. Children can go out to Children's Church during the sermon at St James'.

An offering will be collected, but if you are a visitor please don't feel obliged to put any money in the offering.
If you are not yet a Christian please feel free to remain in your seat during communion or come up and ask for a blessing.
Stay for a cuppa
We always have time for morning tea after the service. We would love you to stay around for a while so that we can get to know you better over a cup of tea or coffee. This is a great time to ask any questions you might have about our church or Christianity.
